1-19-18 - ***NEW AND EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!*** When we agree upon a day and time to meet for pick up you need to be there on time!! This means leave early enough to account for traffic, accidents etc. It is your responsibility to be here on time!! We are allowing a 15 minute late window but that is all , so please do not take advantage of that. I will not sit around waiting longer then 15 minutes and no matter how long you drove if you are past 15 mins. late we will need to reschedule. I have many other commitments and can not have people being hours late. So leave early to arrive by your scheduled time!! Also, everyone is asked to text us when 30 minutes away so we are not waiting around for you...if we do not receive a text we will assume you are a "No Show" and we will not be at the pick up spot. We are just asking for everyone to be responsible and courteous of our schedule as well as your own. Thank you.
Pictures posted here on our site and on any ads containing our bunnies are exclusive property of Mountainside Rabbitry. Please contact us before using any of our photos for your own advertising purposes!! Example: You purchased a bunny from us, whether it be an adult or baby, and you saved their pictures off our ads and/or website. You may not use those pictures as your own if you decide to sell and advertise the bunny. Please be courteous enough to take your own recent photos...it is very misleading and false advertising to be using our pictures of that rabbit once it has left our facility. People notice the background and think we are selling it which is just wrong. So if you ever decide to sell your bunny on your own for whatever reason, please take you own photos and use them.

If they are let go longer then 6 months at a time; anything 6 months or more of not being clipped will have a price of $25 - $30 + it is based on our discretion of how long they will take and also the amount of extra time required to take care of neglected nails. So we strongly urge everyone to maintain them and schedule every 3 to 4 months to bring them. Thanks.
We also do bunny boarding for $20.00 per night for one bunny or $30 per night for 2 bunnies, while you are on vacation!

NEW LITTERS ARE ARRIVING!!!!
Specializing in raising healthy quality Holland Lops, English Angoras, Lionheads, Velveteen Lops, and our newest additions, Mini Plush Lops!!! If you are looking for Somebunny to love, you've come to the right place! <3 Our rabbitry is a 3 Generation operation. All of our bunnies have names and are not just a number to us. We love them dearly, and only want to find them the best homes possible. My mother has been raising pet rabbits since she was age 4, so she has a lot of hands on experience from that. I, on the other hand, got my first bunny, Co-Co, when I was 10 years old. I am now 29 years old and have been raising bunnies as a hobby of mine. I really enjoy handling the babies from the day they are born. We have just recently been introducing my soon-to-be 4 year old daughter to the bunnies and teaching her all about the love and care that goes into them. Our baby bunnies are always well-socialized and very friendly. With our love and passion for rabbits, we provide the best home possible to the bunnies. The bunnies here at mountainside rabbitry are all kept outdoors year round, and love it! We now have two bunny barns, with one being fully insulated with heat and a/c, lights etc for moms and babies all year long! With mounds of fresh hay from our family farm in the winter, they have plenty of accessories to make a cozy, warm burrow! :) They are all well taken care of and always have fresh food, water, and hay daily. Take a look around our site and enjoy!! My mom and I run the rabbitry and breed our pet holland lops, english angoras, lionheads, velveteen lops, and mini plush lops on a rotating schedule, usually twice a year right now. So always check out the For Sale and Nursery Pages. You may also notice that I love certain bunny names and if one bunny with that name passes away, I may name a newly born bunny that or a rabbit I buy, so don't be surprised if you see some of the same names twice lol :)
Thanks for hopping by! :)
Fourteen years ago, in March 2009, I became very sick with a mysterious illness no doctor around here could figure out. Finally after two years of pain, three surgeries between ages 16 and 17, and countless scopes and other tests...the last test we did was for lyme disease..turns out i'm positive for late stage chronic lyme.. The treatment is out of this world expensive. Lyme is the world's fastest growing epidemic!! People need to start acknowledging it, but until then the treatment is all out of pocket, costing thousands upon thousands for just one year. They are not sure how long I will need to be on treatment til I reach remission, but I am hanging in there and fighting the best I can , not just for myself but for my daughter, family, and every other lymie that is living with the pain as well. The bunnies are such great therapy for me <3 I really can't even put it into words how much they make my day, everyday :) I am so thankful for them and my family and close friends <3
